All food for the entire duration of a dog(s) stay must be provided. This will greatly assist in helping a dog feel relaxed and more at ease. The administering of special dietary requirements or oral medication only, where supplied, will be diligently carried out.
All dogs over six months of age must be neutered / spayed in order to avail of the service.
All guests must be fully up-to-date with vaccinations; specifically parvovirus, distemper & kennel cough. Evidence of such vaccinations must be supplied electronically two weeks prior to arrival. Failure to provide documentary evidence will result in refusal to entry.
Drop-off and collection times between 10:30 and 12:00 are agreed upon booking confirmation.
